Our store sits inside Huong Que Supermarket on New Cross Road. Fresh herbs and vegetables, frozen and chilled, sauces, rice, noodles, snacks and drinks — plus staff who know what to substitute when a recipe calls for something unusual.

Vietnamese
Fish sauce, rice paper, dried and fresh phở noodles, pickled vegetables, condensed milk, coffee and filters, fresh herbs when they land.
Chinese
Light and dark soy, oyster sauce, Shaoxing wine, black vinegar, chilli crisp, dried mushrooms, wrappers, and rice by the sack.
Korean
Gochujang, doenjang, gochugaru, kimchi, sweet potato noodles, seaweed, ramyeon and Korean soft drinks.
Japanese
Dashi, mirin, miso, panko, nori, sushi and short-grain rice, udon and soba, matcha and Japanese soft drinks.
Thai
Curry pastes, coconut milk and cream, palm sugar, tamarind, galangal and kaffir lime, sticky rice and Thai chillies.
